Lake Union Escrow was opened in 2003 by two of the most well respected professionals in the escrow industry, Holly Diehl and Nicole Mittelstrass Crowell.  Holly holds her Limited Practice Officer and Designated Escrow Officer licenses and has worked in different areas of real estate since 1989.  She began her career as a receptionist at a busy real estate office and in 1994 moved on to escrow.  She worked at four successful Seattle area escrow companies before opening Lake Union Escrow.  Nicole began her escrow career in 1998, after graduating from Washington State University.  She started as an escrow assistant and has gone on to obtain her Limited Practice Officer license and develop her own base of loyal customers.  Holly and Nicole continue to maintain the same principals at Lake Union Escrow that have made them so successful in their careers.  Lake Union Escrow prides itself on providing exemplary customer service, exceeding the expectations of the parties on every transaction, and in maintaining the highest standard of care by complying with all state and local regulations pertaining to the closing of real estate transactions.
